There are a few simple home tooth-whitening techniques you can do at home using natural ingredients. Make a paste of lemon juice mixed with common salt. Then apply evenly to all surfaces of your teeth with a brush polished as if brushing your teeth, then your teeth will look whiter.
Earlier times people using brick powder or crushed pottery to whiten teeth. The results were amazingly to make teeth look whiter and cleaner. There are also wearing part of orange skin to get your teeth look better.
All of these techniques- if done repeatedly - will whiten your teeth . However, there are side effects to note, that the material used is the abrasive materials. It will erode outer layer of your teeth. As a result, your tooth enamel coating will be thin, so that over time will be exposed dentine layer and cause the teeth to be sore. Dentine layer itself is darker than your enamel. So the more often you do it the more yellow your teeth. The result will only increase the maximum color of your teeth 1 scale.
This way cannot whiten all cases of teeth brown discoloration. This technique is for mild cases only. Whatever home teeth whitening product you choose, the important you are ready with all the risks and you already know the approximate results you get.
